Room 1: Ben Ledi
This self-contained suite consists of 2 rooms, a double-aspect bedroom with king size bed and a separate lounge area. The bedroom has views towards Ben Ledi and Callander Crags. The separate lounge features a sofa, a 42-inch flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a CD/DVD player, tea and coffee making facilities, a Nespresso machine, a mini fridge. The ensuite shower room is accessed from the lounge.
Room 2: Teith
An ensuite room with a king bed overlooking the Callander Meadows and the river Teith. The room features a 32 inch flat screen TV/DVD player with Freesat satellite TV This room has a a seating area with tea and coffee making facilities, including a kettle and a Nespresso machine as well as a mini fridge
Room 3: Ben Gullipen
This spacious room has 1 king-size bed, a comfortable chaise sofa to relax on It has a 42 inch Prime/Smart TV with freesat and a dvd player. A well stocked hospitality tray awaits along with a kettle and a Nespresso machine and a mini fridge This room is at the front of the house and overlooks Callander Meadows and the River Teith.
